This is the third day I'm still sitting on an invalid code.

- Opened customer support ticket.
- Called the support center (and sat on hold for two hours to get there)
- Reopened a new ticket when that proved fruitless.
- Posted about it here.
- Posted about it on Twitter.


How hard is it to issue people some new codes? This is getting ridiculous. I finally got the acknowledgement email on my support ticket that it'll be handled within two business days, but that puts it as today or Monday (and my experience with SE support says it'll be Monday...maybe).

What exactly do they expect me to do if I want to participate in Early Access at all?
