[SUPPORT HELP PLEASE] Playstation Network code still invalid

This is the third day I'm still sitting on an invalid code.

- Opened customer support ticket.
- Called the support center (and sat on hold for two hours to get there)
- Reopened a new ticket when that proved fruitless.
- Posted about it here.
- Posted about it on Twitter.


How hard is it to issue people some new codes? This is getting ridiculous. I finally got the acknowledgement email on my support ticket that it'll be handled within two business days, but that puts it as today or Monday (and my experience with SE support says it'll be Monday...maybe).

What exactly do they expect me to do if I want to participate in Early Access at all?

Have you tried calling the company or store you brought the game through? Ask them for a new code because the code you have might have gave you an EU 12 digit when you did the 18 digit run around. Sorry if this isn't help but trying to give something to work with.

So, it dawned on me after making this thread to try a different avenue of support. I just got off chatting with Playstation Network. The agent I spoke with said that because I pre-ordered the game from a 3rd party retailer (instead of digitally through PSN), the code I was given won't be valid until tomorrow morning when Early Access actually starts. She also said that it may not be immediately at 2:01 PST, either, as the codes will be updated on PSN throughout the morning.

I'm still not sure I understand how some people have been able to download the client already, but this explanation at least makes some sense. What I don't understand is why SE's support wasn't able to give a similar explanation.

I still would appreciate Square-Enix Support validating what PSN just told me since it's their game.

Lastly, it's worth noting I was on live chat support with the PSN agent in under 10 minutes. That's how Customer Support should be handled .

You can create/post in certain topics regardless of level in-game, New Player Help being one of them.

No no no.. You don't understand. I had reached my limit for the level of my character.. which was 3 posts. I could not post during the last half of the day yesterday. No idea why this is implemented, but I could not post and I was freaking out. (Still am)

My 6-3-6-3 code went through fine in the first 3 hours. Now the 12 digit PS3 redeem code isn't working and EA is in less than 24 hours. Square Enix please help us. We need new codes.

Bump. Time is running out. If something doesn't happen soon I'm cancelling my pre order and buying the PSN version and then I am going to be quite upset that I don't get my physical items. Devs, Community Reps, Yoshi, Somebody help us with these invalid codes.

3 hours into EA, and my code still does not work. This is an epic failure. Going to try calling PSN again, but I'm losing patience.
