Y'know what? I think you guys are on to something. The game is acting as a "Pre-Order" as it should thus not activating till 5:01a.m.(Est). This always happen when I pre-order from PSN. Now, if it doesn't activate at the time of EA, then we panic.

But SE already admitted it shouldn't be doing that and they were working with Sony to resolve it. I don't think it's going to fix itself... there's a problem for sure. Sorry to be a buzzkill.

We have identified a technical error for users that have purchased the digital version of the FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn Standard Edition, or Collector’s Edition, from the PlayStation® Network between Tuesday, August 13 and Thursday, August 15.

Sony is giving refunds to your wallet. I just checked my wallet and was refunded the 60 for the collectors edition. Unfortunately the collectors edition is unavailable.

Yup I received refund to my wallet as well.

Collector's Edition not available so I am just downloading the 39.99 version and spending that extra 20 on Tomb Raider since its on sale =/ Hardly a solution and this situation was rather stinky but whatever.
