    So just got off the phone with Sony,

    For everyone who refunded and cannot purchase it, funds may be returned to the wallet but purchase and transaction history may take 5-7 business days to remove said purchase...

    Normally that's probably the case, but for this special situation I think they expedited this process... the services list for FFXIV all expire today. This theoretically means they are cleared at midnight. Still, best to just wait for SE to say something official. If they make us wait 5-7 I will rage.

    I agree. And that's what I think is going to happen. 12 a.m.(PST) we will get a clearing and be able to buy it.

    I also have 39.99$ sitting in my psn wallet. I do not want a refund. I also did not recieve any messages via XMB mail. I am going to wait till they say something first.

    Confirmed. Those who bought the game during the 13th and 15th will not get EA. However, we get the game for free:

    Boy that sucks if he's saying the truth. Well, I downloaded the standard edition, patching seems to be going well. Need to play in early access!

    I did not have to delete my Phase 4 client. The only thing that was new from the purchase was the Pre-Order code. After starting the game again, I was able to login and register without any problems.

    This leads me to believe that the issue lies with those Pre-Order codes we bought during that time frame.
