When I first purchased the game I was charged and then the money was put back into my account, I was told this was normal and that they would take out the money when the game ships and when it's released... However the game has already shipped and it's been charged and returned three times now. Is this still normal?

The game has already shipped, I already have all my codes except the collectors edition code on the box, however the money is yet again sitting back in my account (Third time now).

This issue has been resolved and I no longer need service.
