This only work with those with pre-order, right? Because I did not get the download and right after the launcher, I input username and password and pressed log in, it brought me to :

I guess the thing that concerns me on this, is that I did register my pre-order and have my code and everything. I'll try again this afternoon when I get home. I am also PC legacy so I'm not too worried, but would like to fish from my PS3 this weekend a bit.

Ok, what exactly does the bolded text mean? If it means you entered the pre order code and received an email with another code, that second code is what you will need to register.
