A truly mold "break"-ing Free Company that adopts old traditions of Hierachy with new philosophies of Content Assignment & Responsibility to willing and capable hands. Not only does it offer a place to genuinely tap in to the game experience but Shift Break offers a "Home" for building the Family experience of game play and player to player interaction. I felt part of the family after a few chats with Core members during my Beta Phase 2 experience with the FC and have felt that way since.
