Not100% sure on SMN and SCH but :

I think about Bard is more likely mix of (ARC30/CNJ15) LNC^ ~

since there are much more LNC skills that can be cross to BRD than PGL do.

No, they were changed in Phase 4 to not have any Conjuring abilities.
