Confused about Skills/Powers ><

So I have been looking on a site and it says

Scholar will be the 9th job implemented in A Realm Reborn. Scholars are healers with fairies as their pets. Scholar is evolved from the class Arcanist, in addition to Summoner. Scholars have all the abilities and traits of Arcanists. They can also use all the cross-class abilities of thaumaturge and conjurer. The most important stat for the scholar is mind, which increases healing magic potency.

This part confuses me: They can also use all the cross-class abilities of thaumaturge and conjurer.

Does this mean a scholar can use Medica and Cure III and such?

Cure III and Medica are CNJ/WHM only, you can peruse all skills above

I doubt it, there are always restrictions just like any other job. Theres only a select amount of skills you can take from a certain class for instance. With Whm as a sub, Stoneskin,cure,raise,wind and stone become available for use at least thats how it is so far.
