If you haven't updated earlier, it still needs to get earlier patches first...
Also, the download size shown is the total of all files it needs to download, not just the currently downloading one.
Just to be sure, you do have enough free space on your PS3? Assume you need at least double of the size it's reporting to download...
Sorry to say, I'm out of ideas...
I haven't tried installing on PS3 myself yet. Waiting for the box to arrive rather than let it download as I can play on my computer already.
Your best bet is to get people to like the OP in the PS3 thread we're posting in as well and see what else you can do to get reps to look into it...
What security softwares are you running?
BullGuard and ZoneAlarm are two that are known to wreak havoc with FFXIV...
Others that are supposed to enhance browser security in particular can cause problems.
Download managers and tools like NetLimiter can also cause problems...

*face palm* It was my windows firewall the entire time from the looks of it. I use AVG and disabled it but as soon as I disabled the firewall of Windows it started right to the setup page. Thanks![]()
