But did you check the folder if it's read-only or not? That's what helped people in the other thread at least...
Make sure that any changes are propagated to subfolders and files as well.
You may force a change by setting read only, then after letting that change take, clear read only flag again and let that change propagate through all subfolders and files...
Still the same result as above, my bad for not being clear I had already switched em around and tried when I made mention of it.
