Well it removed the [5] error but regardless, still the same results. Having tried running as admin and not.

But did you check the folder if it's read-only or not? That's what helped people in the other thread at least...

Make sure that any changes are propagated to subfolders and files as well.

You may force a change by setting read only, then after letting that change take, clear read only flag again and let that change propagate through all subfolders and files...
