REP Response required please. A Relic Reborn

We never got to continue our relic quest in phase 4 even though it was announced in the reps post about the phase 4 schedule. I'm assuming in Early Access we can continue this quest but I cant find much information where we go to get the quest initiated again.
In short will it be accessible on 24th and where do we go to continue this quest.

As the beta forums are obviously gone, I cannot link to the post, but prymortal is correct. They corrected themselves and said it was not available during phase 4.

As for going into EA, I have nothing for you.

But they never said on the 27th. They used the vague term "at the start of official service". So the question is, does early access= official service? I think it does and the relic reborn quest will be available in early access.

EA =/= official start of service, that's the 27th.

Technically Early Access is also known as a Soft Launch which is indeed the start of the official service - they also said there would be no restrictions at all in EA, so if they restrict relics, that'd be a bit weird.
