Preordered but starting late - what happens to the items?

I THINK they said you could redeem them until sometime in December, don't hold me to that though I may be confused

The bonus in-game items (a "Cait Sith Doll Minion" and "Mog Cap") will be delivered to the account that the pre-order bonus code has been registered to.
