Preordered but starting late - what happens to the items?

Hello everyone!

I preordered the game from an online store and succesfully redeemed my 6-3-6-3 code. However, I'm not going to be able to start playing for another month. Would I still get the preorder items if I logged in sometime late September/early October, or do I have to redeem them now? I tried going through some of the threads but couldn't find any with a similar question.

I would assume that as long as you linked your service account - that it has actually stated that you've received those items - then they should be waiting for you at the moogle mail thingy.

they are delivered via moogle mailbox i believe, i dont see why they wouldnt still be in there when you play. just my thoughts though.

I now redeemed the early access code on the SE website and it did indeed say the items had been added to my account so I guess that's that. Thanks, guys.

The bonus in-game items (a "Cait Sith Doll Minion" and "Mog Cap") will be delivered to the account that the pre-order bonus code has been registered to.

* The pre-order bonus code will be valid until December 31, 2013.
