OMG is an end game progression free company. Many of our member's have been around since the launch of 1.0, and completed everything the game had to offer including 'A Relic Reborn' and 'Rivenroad: Hard'. Please realize while we are a sociable bunch, our main focus is progression.

We are looking to expand our ranks with like minded individuals who can:

• You are expected to have at least two DoW or DoM 50(The majority of our end game players have all 50's, it is expected for you to continue character progression.)
• Proven experience with FFXIV 1.0 end game or relivant MMO end game experience (such as WoW, FFXI, Rift, Old Republic, Tera)
  
• Ability to commit to our event times. (Our plan is to have events daily, starting at 6pm PST but could change depending on ARR content)
  
• Ability to connect to Ventrilo & listen during events. (Required even if playing on PS3.)
  
• Be able to take constructive criticism, and learn from it.
