Have you checked it? Perhaps you accidentally blocked it. Check that you don't have the Windows Firewall buried under all your windows. Try port forwarding. Or unlikely, the update server is peer-to-peer, and your ISP blocked it?
I've tried all of those things. Spent some time with the ISP too. If they're blocking it... what would I have to ask them to do? I'll call them tonight and have them do whatever they need to.
