not received early access code yet for a purchase in july at the SE Online store

after reading a lot of threads in here it finally became apparent that the 4 segment code was what you needed from the findmyorder site and the code appears to be for the bonus items the hat and pet... but, is actually also for the preorder access. the code is then used at http://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com/ to get the 5 segment code for the game that can be used in the early access.

if you try to log into the downloaded and installed application that you got from the above link, it will say that you need to register and offer two links... that will take you to a site that will ask you for the 5 segment code that was created once you did the above... convoluted at best.

that said... i have two tickets into support one was submitted before beta started and i have received an email from support on Aug 16 saying that this will be responded to in 48 hours on average. i am still waiting. that is kinda disturbing if that is the response times we are looking forward to.
