What exactly are you running the game at under Final Fantasy XIV Config > General > Video Settings & Graphics. Let us know what each of those are, you may be running something too high even though you said it was running smooth.

I went to the sight and did everything you said, uninstall, driversweeper, and re-installed the drivers you said, and still experiencing the same issue, this is ridicoulous

Turn your FFXIV graphics settings down and see if you experience the same issue. Specifically the drawing quality. Don't know what else to tell you, really D:

It's always worth checking your temperatures. Though that likely isn't the issue.

You may need to install properly sound driver

before try, please try "Disable sound device" and try play game

I think its my graphics card the last computer I used to play FF14 with it had the same problem... maybe a higher end one would fix the problem?

I have a 3870 256bit 512MB video card and play it on with everything pretty high within 1440x900. Please tell us the setting you running FFXIV on everything that is on the config.

A new card may fix the issue. But that doesn't mean that your old card actually has any problems..

Your card is fully capable of running the game.

See if you can find any info from Windows Event Viewer.

Right click My Computer > Manage > Event Viewer

Look for yellow or red exclamation points around the time it happens. Or check it right after it happens.
