The Coliseum Galerus/Subligar drop in Dezmael Darkhold for mid-40s DoW. It's sort of the bikini plate right-of-passage that everyone has to go through right before hitting lvl 50 and unlocking glamour.
Also looks amazing on roes, as shown above. (And it's just as skimpy for guys.)

It's a Disciple of war set from Dzemael which can be bought on the the market board as well I think, there is also a glamour version called light steel Galerus as a level 50 armourer craft
