I'm curious, why is it that the overwhelming majority of female Roegadyn players use that anger face?

I think it's more to do with the eyebrow options than the face itself (although face #2 does look more aggressive in general.) Three of the four femroe options, for sea wolf at least, look irritated when paired with any sort of arched eyebrows.

My character for example, uses face #4 and looks perfectly normal and relaxed at this angle:

But, without changing anything except angling the camera so you can see the arch of her brows under the brim of her cap, she looks like she is about to tell you off:

I had the same thing with eye brows as Highlander too. Beautiful race options but the brows are ghastly.
