Oh damn! That is so funny. Amongst Latin Americans in the west coast in the U. S., a Paisa (one "s") is a Latin (usually Mexican) who dresses in a cowboy hat & boots with a large belt buckle who listens to awful Mexican Polka that sounds like circus music with bad singing.
