/nod it's the new ilvl 215 piece from the new elite dungeons. I don't really like the taper effect on the sleeves, so I added the Eikon Cloth Sleeves of Aiming on top of it. It will be better if the bottom side of the sleeves I can dye into different color...

or can always go as naked pirate
