Tonberry is usually known as the unofficial Australian server. Also, the lag shouldn't be too bad (I'm from Australian, but playing on the American server of Hyperion. Barely notice the lag)

My current location and server still experiences slight lag from time to time, which can make or break "GET OUT OF THIS OR YOU WILL DIE" mechanics ha.
