I know with the physical copies that were shipped a few days ago, there was a tracking number in the email. Clicking on that you could get to the game information and the early access code was in the email. Since you got the digital download version, you won't get that extra email from SE. Did you ever get the original email from them? Either way, go to the Square Enix website and login. Find you transaction history and you should see the digital download version of the game in there and from there, it should link you to your early access code. You will have to enter that code into a website, and from there it will give you a new code to enter into the game either when you log in or into another website linked to your actual account.
