    ERROR 3

    i try to redeem my pre-order code since 6 pm at until now 2 am, in my country

    and only get "ERROR 3" plz fix it

    I was having the same issue when i was trying to get my wife her Early Access code to work, what i did was login to the pre-order site and then at the top right click on your name and go to user settings. Then scroll down to "Preferred Language" and change that to your region. For example my Wife was set as English(UK) but we live in the US region, so i changed it to English(US). then went back to the code page and it instantly worked. Hope this works for you.
