Game Registration Issue

Hello,

A few days ago I purchased a digital version of the game through Amazon and received an email with a code. I followed their link to the preorder site and entered the code which then gave me another code which I also entered. Everything appeared to be good and validated. My game launcher appears to be ready for me to play early access according to the reddit thread below.

My issue is that on my account settings there are no games listed as being registered to my account. Anyone know what went wrong?

If you're meaning your 'selected service'. They're currently transferring that all into a new way of accessing your account and everything to do with that. (At least to what I'm hearing)

Under everyone's select service in the account management it should say nothing more then Final fantasy XIV. And whether or not you're legacy or not that should be in there too.

EDIT:
Also your REAL game key will not be mailed to you until the game launches from what I heard from digital river.
The real game key unlocks the full retail version of the game and not just early access.

I mean when you go to the ffxiv website and login in the top right, and take the dropdown to your account. But maybe nothing will show up until the full game key is mailed.

Your pre ordered registered game should be showing under My Profile then
