Legacy players Transfer to a different Legacy Server

When will this be available? I have a few friends that were out of touch since 1.0 and have since gotten in touch with just recently, but was too late in coordinating our efforts to being on the same server. When will the transfer service be available for Legacy players to transfer to another Legacy Server from a Legacy Server?

I think this will be available two weeks after launch according to the previous letter from the producer.

I can't find a source but I do remember a lot of non legacy players being miffed that server transfers would be open so soon after launch.

they said in the beta fourms somewhere that transfers would start a couple weeks after offical release, but I don't remember them giving any info weather 1.0 characters would be able to trans to any other servers legacy ones or new

Lol what? Don't hate cause you ain't got this awesome tattoo! But seriously, eventually people are gonna catch up to the legacy players, hell I'd imagine 2-3 weeks in you can already have a job at level 50. There is really no need for the segregation once the game has been out for a while.
