How do we subscribe?

Does anyone know exactly HOW and WHEN we subscribe to this game?

As far as I know payment starts September 10th for everyone. The Mogstation will be released by then and we can use it to keep track of subscriptions, in game items, and the like.

As in, how and when do we input our credit card info and pick our recurring fee time? When is the earliest possible date we can get our subscription veteran rewards? A source would also be nice.

I'm not exactly sure but you can pay up to 90 days in advance and you get your subscription veteran rewards as soon as you pay.

Also does the game come with 30 days free?

Not quite 30 as billing begins September 10th, 2013.

I may be wrong about new players though.
