Now you can change them to one of i believe i saw around 40 different colour! (And eer mer gerd Pink is one of them!) so different colours is there. I didn't notice much change in the miqo'te small clothes unless they changed from Beta 3.

This is still true. The below pic from phase 4 has the miqo'te halter top colored Ink blue:

To explain the underwear situation --

What is now called "Hempen Pantalettes" and "Hempen Camise" are level 1 armor with no stats that allow you to essentially look like your race did when naked in 1.0. They can be store-bought at the NPC that sells all level 1 racial gear, and crafted. HQ'ed, they provide more DEF than the starting RSE.

You can dye those, since they are actual items. Interesting (or not) to know, part of the item no longer dyes as it used to in 1.0 (for instance, the Pantalettes on Mi'qote have a pretty pattern that is always white no matter the colour you dye it)

Three new race/gender combo came out since 1.0, and thus have a new look when wearing that stuff : Highlander F (Bondage wear, pretty much), Roe F (Never saw it) and Mi'qote M (Never saw it eiher. In their case, "Undershirt" & "Underpants"; gear is gender locked) People may have screenshots of them.

I always tend to log as either WHM or PLD. WHM AF just looks sooooo comfy I want WHM PJs irl!

I agree. WHM AF is one of the comfiest looking set of gear, but I don't want to get it wrinkled by sleeping in it.

Do the 1.0 undies look the same on miqo'tes as they did before? Because I changed from midlander to highlander hyuran and instead of a modest halter-top I now have this:


What about elezen, lalafell, or midlander? Did your 1.0 undies change or are they the same?

Yep the 1.0 undies for Miqo'te look the same. The only difference for me is that my blue Cotton Halftop and Pantalettes became green Hempen Chemise and Pantalettes. Hempen sounds so much less comfortable. The only screen I have of them at the moment is one I took of my legacy mark.

Okay first off, I always wanted to tell you Nique, you're amazing, but the super general discussion thread was really in swing after I quit 1.0 due to my last semester of college at the time.

Your artwork, especially of your main character, makes me want longer hairstyles for Miqote in xiv, especially since IRL i have hair down to my midback, I'd always like something like that in XIV also :] Here's hoping they'll include them in the barber shop.

Hempen can be pretty comfortable if spun well. I know this from these hemp beanies my boyfriend gets, they are super soft. Basic hemp is like...potato sack though.
