Yes, that is correct. (^_^ ) That's because a Dragoon can only use the cross class abilities from the Marauder and Pugilist. When you are not equipping a Soulstone, you can use the cross class skills from all available classes, while being able to equip more them at the same time.

This will make the leveling part from 1 to 30 a lot easier if you have Cure and Protect available. (^_~ )-b
