    Save it, convert it to Mythology and get the ilevel 90 stuff I'd say.
    Although I haven't a clue about conversion rates but it should get you going a good part of the set.

    You bring up a good point, the patch notes are not saying what's going to happen with the Radz-at-han oil.
    But still, save them, you will get better gear with them later. (Not the ugly cowl)
