That's from "Toradora!". Another one, "Golden Time" by the same author is airing this season. The similarities are hard to overlook :P

Ah, that is on my list of things to watch but sadly due to my personal reasons i can only watch dubbed anime and toradora does not currently had a dub and I am bogged down by the 50+ shows Nadien suggested to me months ago that were recently dubbed.
