Thread: Does buying the CE upgrade for a 1.0 account give Early Access?

I've been trying to upgrade to CE for over 2months cause I like a hard copy of my game but all store that sell games in my area havnt had any to sell for preorder for that entire time. According to http://lodestone.finalfantasyxiv.com...96bf81c212957d you should be able to upgrade to the digital CE just fine, it's not limited to 1.0 players. Just remember that the digital upgrade doesn't include all they physical goodies (art book/security token/etc.), it only grants the in-game bonus items. You'll be able to upgrade later, probably when the game goes live. The physical CE for ARR have been sold out for a long time, unfortunately.
