Service Account Issue (HELP)

Okay so....got my pre-order code and all, but I haven't entered it yet because I have 2 service accounts. One (Service Account 1) shows the collector's edition and items you receive for having it. The other (Service Account 2) doesn't, but has my character from beta. If I click to apply the early access code to Service Account 2 where my character is, I get a warning that the account isn't a Collector's Edition account.

So, I want to put the early access on Service Account 2 because that's where my character is. BUT....I don't want to do so if I can't put the Collector's Edition bonuses on that Service Account.

I think, Service Account one shows Collector's Edition status and bonuses because I played 1.0. So should I be getting a code to for Collector's Edition to apply when I get the game in the mail?

It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
