Account Link help

Hey guys, I am a 1.0 player who purchased a PS3 game(not legacy btw) and after installation it never asked me if I wanted to link accounts. So my question is how do we go about linking our accounts so I will be able to play on my 1.0 character on the PS3.

When I set up my PS3 for Phase 4, it had me select a Final Fantasy XIV service account to add the PS3 Beta to...

I am also confused about this. I was about to type a new post similar to this.
I'm also a 1.0 player (with legacy) and I bought a physical copy of the collectors edition for PS3. I only put in the code today and in the middle of downloading the game as I type this. I'm worried I messed up along the way when I asked me to log into my Square Enix account when on the website to redeem a code for the PS3, to redeem a code to download the game.
Long story short, I feel very ignorant at the moment and is wondering if how or if it's to late to Link my PS3 purchase.

When you first log in to the client during Early Access, it will ask you to select a Final Fantasy XIV Service account to join it to. Likely everyone will need to do this, as none of us have PS3 Full Game codes in yet.

Just make sure that you DO NOT select 'Create New Account'. You will first need to log in with your SE Account for it to detect the XIV account. SELECT the XIV account, not 'Create new'.

When you log into the client (can do so now!) you get to link up the PS3 & your EA Service, which will add 'Early Access', 'Moogle Cap', and 'Cait Sith' item to your Service Account. Early Access doesn't actually start until Saturday, but you can update and upgrade your account now so you don't have to wait. On the 27th, those of us with PS3s will need to register the code from our purchased copy in order to continue playing on the PS3.

I just did redeem my EA service through my PS3 by setting it up. Since no PS3 players have access to the Registration Code inside their case until the 27th, we will again need to update our PS3 Registration on the 27th.

Okay cool, got no problem with waiting. Thanks for the post. ^^ Was pretty sure, but wanted to make sure.

Also on a side note, thanks. Pascal is just a amazing character from tales of graces f. Tales of Xillia is my favorite now, but she is still my favorite tales of character.
