Dev post I-con improvements

The little icon you added to threads that have a dev post is nice but it really doesn’t do much if the thread has a lot of posts. What would work well in tandem is a little button or link on the top of the page in the thread it’s self that allows you to skip to the first Dev post, when in that dev post it should have a link that can skip to the next dev post if you like.

This allows us to find the dev responses and skip over the irrelevant bickering that goes on between them.
