Error 2: Key already in use?

so the other day i tried to registered my code back when the system was having all its problem and it kept saying error try again later, now it says my Code has already been used, but it doesnt show FFXIV in my games list nor did i get the other Serial code/download page.

Did you check your spam/junk mail box? You might have gotten the Early Access code through email.
