Unable to complete version check. [30605][10009][19900][10045]

Earlier today when trying to download the data that was pushed out to the patcher, it errored out and now whenever I try to boot the patcher again, during the version check, the error in the topic is what I am presented with.

I have tried:

• Running as admin
• Flushing the DNS cache
• Cycling my internet connection
• Rebooting my computer
• Uninstalling the game
• Deleting all local temp data
• Clearing any entries in documents/my games
• Loading from a system restore

and am still greeted with this error whenever I try to initialize the launcher. I'm completely out of ideas here.


Edit: Turns out it was the application NetLimiter causing a conflict.
