HAVENT GOT MY CODE AT ALL!?!?! HELP!@!@!@!@

it says when i tryed to redeem my code after putting in my reciept code it says "Error 1: There was a problem with your code. Please make sure you have entered it correctly."

I HAVE THE CODE ON MY RECIEPT AND I WENT TO THE WEBSITE AND CLICKED FOR PS3 AND PUT IN THE CODE AND IT SAYS "Error 1: There was a problem with your code. Please make sure you have entered it correctly."

I believe you have to redeem your EA code for PS3 on PlayStation Store and Im at a lose there Im PC version

Tryed to type the code on the reciept in the redeem code thing on ps store and it didnt fit in the amount letter/numbers it lets get put

Should really have mentioned it was for ps3. You have to register through playstation network on your ps3. You cannot do it on your PC.

uhmm are u sure about that check this out.. I went to The preorder.na.finalfantasy.com logged in then typed the code on my reciept clicked for ps3.. BOOM error 1 there is a problem with ur code.. Tryed a few more times, BOOM ERROR 3 There was a probelm. Please try again later. Can somone pelase help me im like freaking out i didnt spend the extra money to not get my features nor a day late ;(.. when i went to ps store i hit redeem code like i asume im suppose to do then try to type in the code on my reciept from game stop and it stopped 4 letters/numbers off of being the full code off my reciept

I had to keep trying, but it eventually got me my early access code. Just keep doing, i'm guessing the server is being spammed.

Keep trying. Make sure it's all typed in correctly. Refresh the page every once in a while. Try incognito mode or whatever your browser calls it.

You have to enter the code on your receipt through the website FIRST. If it goes through successfully, you'll get a 12 character code (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX), which you THEN put into the PSN store to redeem it.

For Error 3, go to your profile (top right corner of the page), go to settings, and make sure your language is set to English (US), not English (UK). This has worked for lots of people.
