Received Standard Edition early access code when I own Collector's Edition

Has anyone received wrong game version codes to the early access?

I preordered FFXIV:ARR CE PC Digital version from the Square Enix Digital store, and I received a code to redeem to gain early access.
When I redeemed the code, it said that I will receive the rewards of Standard Edition (the doll and the cap) and no mention of the Behemoth Barding or the Coeurl Mount.

I've tried contacting support by email, but they're taking too long it seems.
This is my last hope to get my issue resolved before early access starts.

The early access code only gives you the doll and the cap. When the game launches you should receive a separate code for your CE game.

No one is getting CE stuff during the early access phase.

From my understanding the pre-order only accounts for the early access, mog and the doll.

The collectors edition items themselves were NEVER a pre-order but just fully in a seperate code that will be with you when you get the box, or when the game launches if you got digital.

So if you got a digital version, just wait for another code near/or at launch.

You'll get the CE items when you redeem the CE code at launch. All you're getting now is Pre-order bonuses, granted by a pre-order key. Patience. Our CE codes will be emailed to us.

i actually had received these things, or atleast, i saw a list with what i got with the things, and i remember something about a coerl bell or something, and some more stuff.

If you owned the 1.0 CE it will show all the stuff since you already have a copy of the game registered. For new players they don't technically own the game until the game launches and they register their game codes.

judging from your avatar, you got onion helm on, that is a 1.0 CE item, that explains your account already has the bell listed
but new CE accounts will not have that as they have not gotten the code yet.

As other have mentioned you only get 2 items from the main pre-order itself. Once the game is about to officially launch, you will get your main Collector's Edition cdkey, which will then provide you with the other items. This all mentioned in the FAQ and on the purchase page for the product itself. Sometimes slowing down and reading what is in front of you, goes a long way

Talked to a rep at SE after 2 hours on hold yesterday. He said "ALL" preorder codes are the same. You don't get the collectors code until the 27th. At that time you put in the code and receive your items in game.
