Cannot find any info, what level required to post in General Discussion?

When I try to post in General Discussions, it always gives me the vague error: "You either do not have permission or do not have a high enough level character to post in these forums." Not exact wording, but that's what it says.

So, what is that level required? I cannot find the info absolutely anywhere.

Thank you, I don't know why I had so many issues finding that.

Go to settings to set up your main character.

I have already done that, you can see the name, world, and level next to my forum name like everyone else. Just the avatar is missing for some reason.

I just tried it myself, refresh because the character thing was missing for me as well.
But is up right now.

Yes, and it says it's my main character. If I didn't, you wouldn't even be able to see my character's name/world/level/class at all.

EDIT: The character in the Main Character thing is missing it's picture too. It shows the same grey silohoutte as my current avatar does.

Then it is a server issue. Hyperion did not update your image before they took it offline.
