    Log into your SE account. Look at the service entry for FFXIV. If it has a legacy banner then your are legacy and get early access. If it doesn't, you don't and don't get EA.

    damn , i guess im not.....i registered the game September, 2010. and played for a couple months until the servers empty'd out and just came back june 2013
