    Haven't received Early Access Code Email (HELP)

    I preordered the game back in June. I got an email today saying the game had been shipped, even a tracking number for it. But I don't have a preorder code, so I can't register for early access. How should I go about getting this resolved because I would like to play Saturday, early access was a big part of why I preordered the game. If it helps at all I got the PC version.

    NA, and I just have an 18 digit code consisting of letters and numbers and I need a 20 digit code for early access

    Ok you need to go to preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com and enter the 18 digit code. It will generate you the 20 digit code.
