Incorrect or no longer valid Pre-Order Code

I wouldn't be able to redeem the code until early access starts.

Is that true? It sounds wrong....

I did the chat help with Square earlier today and they gave me a new key for the PS3 that actually worked for my region (NA). I suggest hitting them up first thing in the morning when they open up and seeing if they can help you too. They were very nice but very swamped.

If you don't get through just keep trying if you can. I waited almost 2 hours and got to first in line then got removed because there was no one to answer. The second time around I made it in and it went rather quick and painless. Just be patient and kind and hopefully they will be so in return. ^^
