I would try and wait for live chat or call, there are people that have been waiting for a response for weeks now. I am sure SE is doing everything they can to get support to everyone, but to make sure you get into EA, I would do live chat or call. IMOAfter the whole error 3 snafu, I was able to register the game and receive my pre-order code. However, when I i tried to redeem the code on PS3... I got a prompt:
"The code you entered may not be correct or no longer be valid.
Please check your entries."
I already submitted a ticket and got a ticket #. I am hoping to have this resolved before early access. Anyone else having the same issue?

I just finished chatting with a PS3 rep and this is what he told me.
"David M: I do apologize however, after further research I found that the code is for a region that is not compatible with the region on your account. Early access hasn't started, but I was able to redeem my code fine.. None of that no subscription BS.. You'll have to have SE look into it.. may not get fixed by early release though...
