I would try and wait for live chat or call, there are people that have been waiting for a response for weeks now. I am sure SE is doing everything they can to get support to everyone, but to make sure you get into EA, I would do live chat or call. IMOAfter the whole error 3 snafu, I was able to register the game and receive my pre-order code. However, when I i tried to redeem the code on PS3... I got a prompt:
"The code you entered may not be correct or no longer be valid.
Please check your entries."
I already submitted a ticket and got a ticket #. I am hoping to have this resolved before early access. Anyone else having the same issue?
