[Request] Road Map for FFXIV

Here's what I think of this thread. You are not getting something if you're asking for a roadmap.

They have a roadmap but they are not disclosing it. That's because they have lost trust. When you treat someone wrong, what good is it to make a bunch of promises? Even if you have a change of heart, sometimes that person just needs a break from you before the relationship can mend. So if the silence hurts, leave and take a break.

Yoshi-P wants to win back your trust, but he will only do it by showing you a game, not by telling you about it. That's why he is not announcing what's in a patch unless it's a sure thing like the battle effects resize. He knows how to treat people. If you think about it like that it will make sense.

Yes we have gotten many responses so far and I am thankful for it. Let's hope we some nice info soon. The game's fans really need it right now.

There are some new replies from Naoshi today.. (about crafting and grand companies "info date" i think.. and he speaks about a possibile battle-system Roadmap)

This is the gist I got from those:

1. He does have plans for crafting classes/the economy
2. He wants to go into details about the battle system/crafting in his next letter
3. Info on companies will be released next week.
