I disagree. What endgame content took more than 30 minutes of constant fighting? PW? AV?
I don't see the problem with being able to go all out every 30 minutes.

FFIX and FFXII had unique ways of doing this. I would like to see something similiar to this in FFXIV for sure
This is a WAAAAAYYY better idea than Jumping...
Give me Olmna Slash? Okay!

I'm in support of this fun idea! I'd prefer to have the system resembles FFVII/FFIX.. limit break meter fills up as you receive damage for DOW, as you deal damage for DOM, and probably failed crafts or gatherings, for DOL/DOH.. then you pick up one from a list of limit break abilities, and unleash hell!! more limit break moves should open up as you rank up, cool!

I agree with some users that pointed out to you that Limit Breaks aren't really as iconic as you're making them out to be.
Still I think the Battle Regimen system can already do something like this with some fine tweaking. It's pretty clear that the devs meant for BRs to be the endgame strategy... It's just that at the moment they're slightly broken!![]()

If you just take the "limit break" then yeah they have been in only 2 games. However if you take all the special attacks that could save you in critical situation then they have appear in different forms in all the game from 6 to 13(the list have been post a few time but you can check it there). I'd say that 8 game out of 14 is enough to be iconic.I agree with some users that pointed out to you that Limit Breaks aren't really as iconic as you're making them out to be.

I'm in agreement with this idea. I think there should be a "special move" that will further individualize the classes. It's always good to see someone come out and do a major show of force or action during battle.
