[Dev 1011] Failing Guildleves Intentionally?

I like how majority of people that are against leve dropping in this thread only have 1 high rank class or a bunch of low rank classes.

Would it make sense that I don't have the time to play the game as much as others do?
Or that I rather grind than just do leves all the time?
Or that fact that there is nothing to rank up to? You get to r50 and ohhh NM?
