Calastir, the thing is that some don't receive their 18 digit codes straight away. For example I got worried about my first order as I ordered it back in May and I never received anything apart from the confirmation of purchase and the order ID of my completed ordered. So due to possible concerns that I may have not receive my codes on time, I went and ordered from another retailer that I've always trusted and I got my early access code moments after purchase. However; the funny thing is I now received my early access code from my very first order a few hours ago >_<

The only group of people who had delayed codes were the people who purchased from the EU SE store. Since that doesn't apply to the OP my statement was accurate.
